  • Device information and FCM push notification tokens (for mobile app notifications)

The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the ATS platform
  • To authenticate you and manage your session securely
  • To send push notifications relevant to your work activity (mobile app)
  • To display your effort history, project progress, and performance data to you and authorized managers within your organization
  • To comply with our legal obligations

Your data is never used for advertising, marketing campaigns, or sold to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

  • Within your organization: Authorized users (e.g., managers) in your domain may view effort and task records you have entered.
  • Firebase (Google): FCM tokens are shared with Google Firebase solely for delivering push notifications to your device.
  • Legal obligations: We may disclose information to competent authorities when required by law.
4. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. The ATS platform employs the following security measures:

  • All data in transit is encrypted using SSL/TLS (256-bit)
  • Sensitive request payloads are further protected with Hybrid RSA + AES-GCM encryption
  • Authentication is performed using JWT (JSON Web Tokens) with short-lived access tokens and rotating refresh tokens
  • Data is stored in a secure, regularly backed-up database
5. Cookies and Session Data

ATS uses session cookies and, for the mobile application, a secure persistent cookie to maintain your authenticated session. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to keep you logged in. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser or device settings.

6. Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)

Under applicable data protection laws (including Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 – KVKK), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  1. To learn whether your personal data is being processed
  2. To request information if your data has been processed
  3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
  4. To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred
